Lathe Jig
A jig that’s good for finding dead center on whatever you’re turning, which isn’t very important for completely round stock (though this will save you some material), but is really important on stock where square sections are to remain. This is also great for hard woods that require kerfs cut into the ends of the stock so the wood will accept the spur center and live center (of which you should drive the spur center about a 1/4″ into the workpiece).
