our user recently had the pleasure of working with international artist Jonny Briggs @jonnybriggs176 on this piece in solid maple for his current exhibition at Burgh House in London. He provided us with high Res 3d scans of the face and left the rest to us. This was quite a challenge in the end due to the complexity of the piece, which was shaped on all faces, and had to fit together as two parts located on custom made dowels. This was a good test for our new @maxicam 5axis CNC machine, and a great project to be involved with. Details of the exhibition can be found in the photos.
