Q1: Does this machine need to be assembled when I received it?
A: It’s 60% pre-assembled, the main components already been installed. For beginners, according to the installation manual the whole machine can be assembled within 30 minutes. (The installation manual and video could be found in the TF card or this product page).
Q2: What kind of software can I use?
A: Twotrees TTS Laser compatible various mature engraving software, such as LaserGRBL(Windows), LightBurn, Benbox, GrblController, LiteFire, supports MAC system and Windows XP/7/8/10.
Q3: What should I do if it does not connect when plug in USB?
A: 1.Install the driver (refer to page 30 of the instructions).
2.The computer voltage may be insufficient, please replace the computer socket and re-inset USB cable.
3.It may be a software conflict. Opening multiple control software will result in port occupancy, please close conflicting software or restart your laptop or laser machine.
Q4: What’s the difference between TTS 25 and TTS 55?
A: The difference between TTS 25 and TTS 55 is they occupied different laser. TTS 55 use Compressed spot and more suitable for cutting while TTS 25 use normal laser and be good at engraving.
