Starting with little more than a few routers we’ve grown into a full fledged manufacturer of router lifts, router fences, measuring & layout tools and many useful clamping accessories. SPECS – The Extended Slab Flattening Mill Pro has a slab capacity of 48.5″ x 134″. The rail lengths are 59″x152″. Includes (4) 76″ rails, (2) 59″ cross rails, (1) router sled, (4) Slab Clamping Dogs and all assembly hardware. Does not include plywood or MDF base.
SMOOTH GLIDING – The Woodpeckers Slab Flattening Mill guides your router over your slab in a controlled plane. Mount the mill to any flat and level work surface to get to work.
EXTENDED CAPACITY – In addition to the 2 available sizes, the modular design allows for extended capacity through our available extension rails. If you don’t need the extra capacity, mount your rails closer together.
INTEGRATED DUST COLLECTION – The Pro version has an upgraded carriage that solves the problem of dust & shaving collection. The twin pick-up points and rugged, full-surround curtain capture well over 90% of all shavings and dust.
MADE IN USA – Like all Woodpeckers products, the Slab Flattening Mill Pro is proudly machined and carefully inspected in our Strongsville, OH facility, just south of Cleveland.
